NetStream Technology is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with significant experience delivering across enterprise and mid-market customers.
This role will be part of a highly technical engineering team responsible for architecting and delivering solutions. This role will be a unique blend of hands on delivery, solutions design and architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Pre-Sales systems engineering
- Serve as the technical liaison to all supported clients
- Assist in developing Statements of Work, Proof of Concepts and Bill of Materials
- Network design and architecture
- Attend business appointments with Account teams
- Estimate labor hours for Professional Services work
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, product demonstration skills, customer service skills, and presentation skills are required
- Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience required
- Technical certification (MCSE, MCSE: Private Cloud, CCNA,VCP) preferred
Job Related Experience:
- Minimum 5 year experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of network operations, hardware, virtualization, storage, and security is required
- Knowledge of Office365, Azure, SAN storage, Active Directory, Group Policy, Domains Services, VMware and Cisco technologies required
- Troubleshooting and logical thinking skills with all aspects of technology: desktop, server, networking
- Experience with Windows Server
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Experience with network management and security solutions
- Wireless network and security
- Experience with routing, switching, and firewall on Cisco hardware platforms a plus
